Jennifer Reel | Practice Administrator

Jennifer has been with our office since 2019.  She was recently promoted to Practice Administrator in June of 2023.  She handles all aspects of day-to-day operations as well as all our billing including insurance and patient payments.  Jennifer is happily married and has two grown children Christopher and Austin as well as one grandson Ryker, who is the light of her life.  She also has two rescue dogs Bob and Cookie.  In Jennifer’s spare time she loves to spend time with her family, embroider, sew, craft and watch Hallmark movies.  Jennifer loves working in the medical field and meeting the daily challenges.   Jennifer has dedicated herself to helping others and is very passionate about her career.

Hope Novarro | Echocardiography Technician (Echo Tech)

Hope is a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer who became a part of the My Heart Doctor team in August of 2020. She graduated from Ogeechee Technical College with a degree in Echocardiography. Prior to joining our practice, Hope worked at a hospital in Thomasville, GA. She is excited to be back in the Statesboro area close to her two grown children, her daughter in law, her two grandkids and her extended family.

Avery Wright | Receptionist 

Avery has been with our office since 2023. She is a graduate from Metter High School. She then relocated to Statesboro in 2020. She has one doggie Bentley. Avery enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends. Avery loves the medical field, especially Cardiology and the daily interaction with patients. She is extremely passionate about her job and thrives on making each patient’s visit memorable. She has never met a challenge she has not conquered. 

Soleetah Smith | Medical Assistant

Soleetah has been a Medical Assistant with My Heart Doctor since 2018 and the second face you see when entering the office. She studied at Ogeechee Technical College where she obtained Certifications in Medical Office Support Specialist, Basic Life Support, and a Medical Assistant Diploma. At the end of her externship, she found a job working in the cardiology field where she is currently learning and expanding her knowledge each day. Soleetah views her two biggest achievements to date are graduating college and challenging herself daily. She has two chihuahuas (Apollo and Hercules), one hamster (Ulga), and a cat (meow-meow).
