Lindsay is a family nurse practitioner who holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia and then earned her Master of Science degree at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to making the decision to return to school to further her education she practiced as a registered nurse in many different areas, including OBGYN, orthopedics, operating room nursing, PCU, telemetry, medical-surgical nursing, and informatics. Lindsay’s passion for the healthcare profession is made evident by her love of acquiring new medical knowledge and her empathetic nature. Science has proven that a kind approach to providing care will speed up the healing process in a patient that is not feeling well. She strives to let this simple fact guide her in caring for her patients.
Lindsay and her husband Brett have three children, Tripp (13), Denton (3), and Demi (3), and they live in Effingham County, Ga. Lindsay enjoys horseback riding, weight training, running, and spending time outdoors with her family.
